At Cook Street, your education will end where the great culinary traditions began – in France and Italy. Our students have the exciting opportunity to travel through Europe on a culinary odyssey where everything you’ve seen, heard, touched and tasted will take on a vivid new meaning as you study with many of the region’s finest chefs. It’s an intimate journey designed to inspire. You’ll sip fine wine at lush vineyards, tour fragrant olive oil producers and cheese dairies, shop at bustling markets and dine at romantic Parisian cafes. Highly sensory experiences like these can’t be taught in a classroom. These programs are designed for the student seeking to elevate their culinary knowledge and skills. It is also an opportunity to gain a notable career advantage in a very competitive industry. Students train at top culinary schools in France and Italy, experiencing first-hand and with all five senses what they have learned in the 180° program. In addition to cooking alongside some of Europe’s finest educators, students tour wineries, cheese dairies, olive oil and balsamic vinegar producers and seaside markets.
