Description
Join Cook Street as we explore the world through wine! We will dive deep into the classic regions of Italy, France, Iberia and Germany as well as find treasures from the New World. Learn how new trends, such as Natural Wines and Sustainability, influence and challenge the historical ways of wine making. From the smallest producers to the mega distributors, you will get a first class look at every style.
Wine is a seasonal product, so purchase the entire Passport and join us each month to fully appreciate the nuances of each varietal and region. You will learn what foods to pair with each wine, what is the best go-to wine for a Tuesday night and is your wine cellar equipped to age wines to perfection.
Guest Chef’s, Wine Personalities and a StarTender will also join you on your journey to help broaden your scope.
