Welcome to this two day Brisket and BBQ class! The brisket is the star of our show, and will be started on day one, during the evening class, and we'll all show up bright and early the second day to finish our brisket and prepare it for lunch! Day one will include dinner, however, as we'll be smoking up some delicious smoked chicken with some classic sides.
Two day Brisket class! Day 1 is an Evening class and Day 2 is a Morning class. Please note this unusual schedule!
