You will be able to freeze 2 of the 3 pies to save for Thanksgiving. Make sure to tell your guests to save room for dessert because they’re going to want to sample your newly honed baking skills. The Pastry Chefs at Cook Street are going to walk you through a variety of techniques in making classic pies such as crust, fillings, and lattices. Chef prepared lunch will be served with a glass of wine!
