Join us for Pasta 102: Hand Formed, a workshop style class where our chefs will lead you through three iconic Southern Italian pasta shapes. We will explore Cavatelli, Orecchiette, and Cappellacci Dei Briganti, and along with it, prepare two pasta dishes that are complementary to the shapes.
