AEI Base Camp is a remote, high-adventure outfitter. We operate in the summer months as a base camp for groups from all over the country to come and experience a trip in the high alpine - hiking, rock climbing, backpacking, white water rafting, and more. During the fall we are a hunting guide and outfitter. We are looking for a Food Service Manager, or head chef, to run our commercial-grade kitchen during the summer in 2026. This person will: - Plan weekly menus - Order food and other inventory - Prepare and serve 3 meals a day (Our meal times could be serving anywhere from 15 to 115 people) - Maintain a tidy and sanitary kitchen/workspace AEI Base Camp has a proud history of serving exceptionally high quality meals to our guests. We aim for scratch made, nutritious food (as much as possible at a commercial level) to aid in giving our guests and clients an exceptional experience here in the Rockies.
