★★★★★

"With Chef Yna as the Pastry Chef Instructor, I learned very quickly that I had just as much curiosity, enthusiasm, and reverence for pastry as I did with savory. Chef Yna’s lessons and demos were fun and engaging, her depth of knowledge and experience are truly remarkable, and her emphasis on fostering creativity and not being afraid of making mistakes throughout the process resonated with me deeply and still does as I continue working in this industry."
