Join us for Stuffed Pasta, a workshop style class where our chefs will lead you through several more advanced pasta doughs and the creation of some unique shapes. We will focus on colored and laminated herb doughs, to be paired with a ricotta filling and classic pesto. We will also work on two shapes, mainly, caramelle and dopio ravioli.
